Knowing what to expect during your newborn session is key to reducing the stress of the session. Luckily, just a couple of simple things can make our session go smoothly! First, the baby's schedule is important to keep them calm and sleepy during our session, which is why I ask parents to keep the baby up for about an hour before I come and feed them right before I get there. This usually helps put the baby into a nice deep sleep so they don't fuss or fight when we are work
